Samsung has introduced its latest flagship device - the Galaxy Note 9. The company has also revealed the pricing of the phone for the Indian market. The new Note 9 has debuted in two variants of 128GB and 512GB storage. The base variant of the phone will come with a price tag of Rs 67,900, on the other hand, the higher 512GB variant will debut at the price of Rs 84,900. The RAM also differs in both the storage options. The 128GB variant comes with 6GB RAM, while the 512GB variant will come with 8GB RAM. Although the phone has officially not been introduced in India, the price has been announced publicly in the country. Notably, Airtel Online store is also offering the phone for a cost of Rs 7,900 followed by an EMI option. In this offer, Airtel is bundling extensive data, calling and other benefits under a dedicated postpaid plan.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for Rs 7,900 on Airtel Online Store
Bharti Airtel, which is the largest telecom service provider in India has announced that the 128GB variant of Galaxy Note 9 will be available for Rs 7,900 on the Airtel Online Store. Interested customers can pre-order the smartphone on the Airtel Online Store (www.airtel.in/onlinestore ) starting August 11, 2018. Customers who pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on Airtel Online Store can avail a special offer price of Rs 4999 on the Gear Sport on Samsung website.

The Note 9 128GB variant can be picked up in Midnight Black, Ocean Blue and Metallic Copper colour options on Airtel Online Store.

Airtel users have to pay an amount of Rs 7,900 up front, post which they have to pay Rs 2,999 every month for 24 months. Notably, Airtel also bundles free postpaid plan every month with benefits of 100GB data, unlimited voice calling, 100 SMS per day, one-year free Amazon Prime subscription and one year of Airtel TV & Wynk Music subscription. Airtel is already offering other Samsung smartphones such as Galaxy S9+ and Galaxy S9 on Airtel Online Store.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Orders Via Flipkart and Samsung Shop Online
Samsung India on Friday opened pre-booking for its pen-focused flagship Galaxy Note 9, which will be available in 128GB and 512GB variants for Rs 67,900 and Rs 84,900, respectively. Notably, India launch of the smartphone is likely to be before August 24. Buyers who pre-book the device will get a chance to own a Samsung Gear Sport smartwatch for Rs 4,999, which originally costs Rs 22,990, the company said in a statement.

All variants of the device will be available across retail and online stores, the company added. The smartphone will also be available on Flipkart in India, for which the pre-orders will begin during its Freedom Day sale, the latest teaser on the e-commerce site suggested on Friday.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Specifications and Features
The Galaxy Note 9 has a 6.4-inch Quad HD+ display and comes in four colours and two variants: 6GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt internal memory (expandable up to 512GB) and 8GB RAM with 512GB ROM that can be expandable up to 1TB with an additional 512GB microSD card- a delight for the gamers and heavy-duty users.

The device runs Android 8.1 Oreo OS, the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset for the US customers and the models powered by Samsung’s very own “Exynos 9 Series 9810” chips will head to the rest of the world, including India.

The Note 9 has 12MP + 12MP dual camera system with dual optical image stabilisation (OIS) at the rear with two times more powerful optical zoom and up to 10 times powerful digital zoom than its predecessor. The smartphone also comes with an 8MP front shooter.

The handset houses a 4000mAh battery, which is 21% bigger than that of the Note 8. The phone also comes paired with fast-charging technology compatible with both wired and wireless charging.
