Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Flame Red Colour Option Launched With 4GB RAM and 64GB Storage

As it was certified earlier by TENAA, Xiaomi has introduced a new colour variant of the Redmi Note 5 (also known as Redmi Note 5 Pro in India) in China. The Flame Red colour variant of the Redmi Note 5 is limited to the Chinese market at the moment and there’s no timeline from the company on when it’s bringing the same to other markets including India. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Flame Red Edition comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It will be up for sale in China for 1399 Yuan (approx. Rs 14,685). Xiaomi made this announcement through its official Weibo handle earlier today. The price of the new colour variant is same as the price of standard 4GB RAM +64GB storage option. The first sale of the new colour option will take place tomorrow.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Flame Red Specifications and Features
Besides the new paint job, Xiaomi did not modify the specifications of the handset. The Redmi Note 5 in China sports a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display on the front with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The Redmi Note 5 in China is also available in other options- 3GB/32GB and 6GB/64GB. Xiaomi, for some unknown reasons, did not launch the 3GB/32GB variant of the Redmi Note 5 Pro in India.
