The Chinese phone manufacturer Meizu today unveiled a trio of phones – the Meizu 15, Meizu 15 Plus and the Meizu 15 Lite. The phones are so named as a way to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the company. All three phones come featured with Samsung-sourced Super AMOLED screens with 16:9 aspect ratio, bucking the trend of popular 18:9 displays. Meizu might not bring these smartphones to the Indian market anytime soon. The flagship Meizu 15 Plus comes with Samsung’s Exynos 8895 SoC, followed by the Meizu 15 and 15 Lite devices with Snapdragon mid-range processors. The Meizu 15 houses the Snapdragon 660 SoC, while the smaller 15 Lite comes with Snapdragon 626 SoC. Read on to know more about the three phones.

Meizu 15 Plus
The high powered Meizu 15 Plus comes with a huge 5.95-inch screen, sporting an AMOLED panel with Quad HD resolution. Under the hood, the phone is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 8895 octa-core SoC made on 10nm process, paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB storage options. It is the same powerful chipset that powers the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8 smartphones.
The Meizu 15 Plus packs a dual lens camera setup on the rear. There is a primary 12MP sensor with a wide-angle lens, whereas the secondary is a 20MP sensor with a telephoto lens for up to 3X lossless zoom. The camera features OIS, EIS, multi-frame noise reduction and HDR algorithms. The selfie camera is a 20 MP shooter.
