OPPO A1 Launched in Three Stunning Colours, But it Lacks a Fingerprint Scanner

Chinese company, Oppo Electronics has unveiled a new entry-level smartphone in its homeland today, namely, the Oppo A1. The highlight of the Oppo A1 is the colour options it comes in. Oppo has launched the device in Dark Blue, Cherry Red and White colours. While the first two colours seem to boast a matte finish to the back, the White colour variant looks to have a glass back panel as it’s reflective as you can see in the images below. Oppo has been launching smartphones in different colours, and the same continues with the Oppo A1 as well. However, there’s a massive letdown for the smartphone as it lacks a fingerprint scanner. Oppo has added Face Unlock functionality, but the addition of biometric sensor would have been a better option. The device is exclusive to the Chinese market at the moment, but it might trickle its way to the Indian market soon as Oppo is going through some struggles in the country.
