The new Nokia 8110 comes in two colour options- Black and Banana Yellow, and it looks excellent. The 4G LTE feature phone ships at a global price of 79 Euro (approx Rs 5,100).

The massive announcement at the event was the support for Google apps for the Nokia 8110 feature phone. HMD said that Google apps such as Google Assistant, Search and Maps can be installed on the mobile phone. It also comes with Facebook, Twitter and Snake apps, but sadly, no luck for WhatsApp though. Maybe the device boots YunOS, a forked version of Android but HMD did not reveal it though. Instead, it said Smart Feature OS.

Talking about the hardware features, the new Nokia 8110 features a 2.4-inch QVGA display and HMD is calling it a curved display. The feature phone is powered by Qualcomm 205 Mobile Platform, which was launched last year exclusively for 4G VoLTE supported feature phones.

The chipset is accompanied by 4GB of internal storage and 512MB of RAM. There's a microSD card slot for storage expansion. Users can insert micro-SIM card in the Nokia 8110, and there's a 2MP camera at the back. Connectivity options in the device include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, micro USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack is present as well.

And lastly, the new Nokia 8110 has TDD-LTE 39/40/41/(38) bands, 4G: FDD-LTE 1/3/5/7/8/20, 3G: WB-CDMA 1/5/8/39 and 2G: 900/1800. Sadly, HMD did not make any announcements on the Nokia 3310 4G feature phone though.
