Kult Gladiator With 4000mAh Battery, 5.5-inch HD Display Launched at Rs. 6,999

Indian smartphone brand, Kult has launched its third smartphone in the country. Dubbed as Kult Gladiator, this smartphone is released after Kult Beyond, which was launched last month. This smartphone is priced at Rs. 6,999 and offers a beefy 4000mAh battery. As seen with earlier Kult smartphones, the Kult Gladiator is exclusive to Amazon India and will be up for sale from September 24.

Kult also partnered with Reliance Jio and offering additional 20GB 4G data for free. Diving into the specifications of the smartphone, it comes with a 5.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. There's a 2.5D curved glass as well on top.

Internally, it is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 chipset, clubbed with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. The smartphone comes with 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB with a microSD card.

Connectivity options in the device include a 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB port. Surprisingly, the smartphone comes with a dedicated microSD card slot, which many smartphones lack in this price range. Kult also enabled the OTG support.

The Kult Gladiator runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and has Google Assistant preinstalled. Kult also added some on-screen gestures such as draw W on the lock screen, C for Camera, M for Music etc. Camera wise, the Kult Gladiator has a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and records HD videos. Up front, the phone has a decent 8MP selfie camera which also has support for LED flash and photo filters.

Lastly, the smartphone comes with a beefy 4000mAh battery, and there's no mentioning from Kult about fast charging addition The company is also offering free one-time screen replacement for 365 days. This device goes against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 4 and Motorola Moto C Plus.
