Motorola has launched yet another entry-level smartphone and the successor to the Moto C in India: the Moto C Plus. The smartphone is also aimed at first-time smartphone buyers, same as its predecessor and carries a price tag of Rs. 6,999. Motorola is teasing the smartphone from the last few weeks and also confirmed that the C Plus would be exclusive to e-commerce portal- Flipkart.

To recall, Motorola entered the offline market with the launch of Moto C. Everyone expected that the C Plus would also be exclusive to offline market, but that’s not the case. The device will be up for sale from tomorrow 12 PM. Take a look at the detailed specifications of the Moto C Plus.
Design and Display
The Moto C Plus flaunts a plastic body with the same design language of the Moto G5 series. The device sports a 5-inch display, same as the Moto C, but comes with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels, featuring a 2.5D curved glass on top. The C Plus comes with hardware capacitive keys instead of on-screen navigation keys seen on earlier Moto phones.
Hardware
The Moto C Plus is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 SoC, with a 1.3GHz quad-core SoC, paired with 1GB/2GB of RAM. The phone also has 16GB of internal storage with support for storage expansion via microSD card slot. However, the device supports microSD cards up to 32GB.

Camera
The Moto C Plus rocks an 8MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, 1.12-micron pixels, autofocus, and a 71-degree field of view. The phone also has a 2MP front-facing camera along with a flashlight. The selfie camera is a huge disappointment because the Xiaomi Redmi 4A has a better 5MP front-facing phone.
