OnePlus 7T Rumoured to Feature Quad HD Display With 90Hz Refresh Rate and Snapdragon 855+ SoC

2019 has been a massive year for OnePlus with the launch of OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro. Now that we are nearing the fall season, OnePlus is surely gearing up for the launch of the OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro. In the last few weeks, we have seen a lot of leaks related to these two devices. Now there has been a new tip online which reveals a lot of information about the OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro including the launch date of the phones and the specifications. It is also worth noting that OnePlus has been known to be working on its OnePlus TV which will first debut in India.




OnePlus 7T Launch Date Revealed

This new tip comes from popular tech tipster Ishan Agarwal. As per the tipster’s new tweet, the OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro would be launched in Delhi on September 26. The tipster also revealed a lot of information about the OnePlus 7T as well. He noted that the device would come in two variants, which will include the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant and the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Remarking about the colours, the leak reveals that the OnePlus 7T will come in Frosted Silver & Haze Blue colour options.

OnePlus 7T Rumoured Specifications

Some additional information about the OnePlus 7T which the tipster has revealed has to do with the display of the device and he has noted that the OnePlus 7T would come with 6.55-inch 2K Super AMOLED 90Hz Display with a smaller notch on front. The renders of the phone which are available online reveal that the phone will bear resemblance with OnePlus 7 which has a teardrop notch on the front. However, now we know that the teardrop notch on the OnePlus 7T will be smaller. As for the processor, the tip reveals that the phone would sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC. The battery on the device is going to be a 3800mAh one.

OnePlus 7T Camera Configuration Leaks

The major highlight of the OnePlus 7T is going to be its camera setup. In comparison to the OnePlus 7, the camera setup on the OnePlus 7T is going to differ a lot. The orientation, the placement and the design of the camera setup has been given a massive revamp on the OnePlus 7T as per the renders. The phone will sport a circular setup, housing the three cameras in a horizontal line. The new tip reveals that the phone will sport a 48MP primary sensor, paired with a 16MP and 12MP Camera. On the front, there is going to be a 16MP sensor. The phone will also be able to record ultra slow-motion videos in 960fps for 10 seconds SlowMo. There are also going to modes like Wide Angle Video and Nightscape.
