Lemon Mobiles To Launch Affordable 3G Handsets for Rs.3500

Indian Mobile Phone maker Lemon Mobiles today announced to bring in affordable 3G enabled handsets to the Indian masses.

The Lemon 3G enabled handset will be in the markets by November 2010 following which the company has plans to launch the Android phone.The phone will be named as the W100 3G phone and will be available in the price bracket of Rs 3500.




While mainstream consumers now are obsessed with the mega pixels available on the camera, built-in memory, FM radio etc, launch of 3G services by will rope in a new host of buzzwords like ‘Dual camera’, Live Mobile TV and 3G Video calling to the common man’s mobile.

Gopal Kalra, Director, Fastrack Communications (Lemon Mobiles) said, “Our aim has always been to provide feature rich offerings to our customers. 3G launch is expected to create a new market segment. By bringing in 3G handsets we would provide our customers with a ubiquitous access to a host of entertainment and enterprise applications.”
