3g rate is very a normal person is not able use only………………….and speed of smart net is extreme poor……..totaly worst///airtel videocon any other more better than this

i am using rs 26 pack in reliance network and i connect my mobile to system .through computer i am browsing in internet . it works well and satisfied. now can i use rs 29 pack for the same ? please tell me
