5 Things You Need to Know About the BSNL’s Chaukka Rs. 444 Plan

BSNL recently launched a new data-centric plan of Rs. 444 aka Chaukka plan offering an insane 4GB data per day. When Reliance Jio entered the Indian telecom market, BSNL openly challenged that it will match the newcomer step-by-step. And it has been matching the Mukesh Ambani-led company from the start of this year. In fact, in recent times, the state-run telecom operator is offering best plans in the market.

This new scheme follows the company’s last month Rs. 333 Triple ACE plan that offered 3GB data per day. BSNL users consumed a total of 408TB of data on a single day, thanks to the Rs. 339 and Rs. 333 data heavy plans. BSNL is also hoping the same with the Rs. 444 plan as well. Let’s take a close look at what this new plan from BSNL offers.

4GB Data Per Day

In the current Indian telecom market scenario, almost every operator is offering 1GB per day data plan costing users around Rs. 350 to Rs. 400, including the new entrant Reliance Jio. But BSNL is in a different league and with the Chaukka plan, it’s offering 4GB data per day, more than any operator in the industry.

Valid for 90 Days

If the best part of the plan is the 4GB data per day, the icing on the cake, however, is the validity of the plan. The new BSNL Chaukka plan will be valid for 90 days from the date of recharge. Compared to other telecom operators, BSNL is way ahead in terms of validity as well.
