Jio AirFiber Plans and OTT Benefits Detailed for January 2025

Jio AirFiber 30 Mbps Plans

The entry-level AirFiber plan is the Rs 599 plan, available in 3, 6, and 12-month durations for new customers. It includes 1,000GB of data at speeds up to 30 Mbps, free voice service, and access to over 800 on-demand TV channels. OTT entertainment benefits include subscriptions to Disney+ Hotstar, Sony Liv, ZEE5, JioCinema Premium, Sun NXT, Hoichoi, Discovery+, ALTBalaji, Eros Now, Lionsgate Play, ShemarooMe, and ETV Win (via JioTV+).

Another option in the 30 Mbps category is the Rs 888 plan, also available in 3, 6, and 12-month durations. It includes the same benefits as the Rs 599 plan, with additional subscriptions to Netflix Basic and Amazon Prime Lite, valid for two years.

Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps Plans

For those interested in the 100 Mbps plan, the entry-level option is the Rs 899 plan, available in 3, 6, and 12-month durations for new customers. It includes 1,000GB of data at speeds up to 100 Mbps, free voice service, and access to over 800 on-demand TV channels. OTT entertainment benefits are the same as the Rs 599 plan.

Another 100 Mbps option, priced at Rs 1,199, offers premium OTT benefits in 3, 6, and 12-month durations. In addition to the standard benefits, this plan includes subscriptions to Netflix Basic, Amazon Prime Lite (valid for two years), and FanCode (via JioTV+).

Jio AirFiber Max 300 Mbps Plans

In the 300 Mbps speed segment, there is only one plan available, priced at Rs 1,499 per bill cycle. It is offered in 3, 6, and 12-month durations for new customers. This plan includes 1,000GB of data, speeds up to 300 Mbps, free voice service, and access to over 800 on-demand TV channels.

OTT entertainment benefits include subscriptions to Netflix Basic, Amazon Prime Lite, Disney+ Hotstar, Sony Liv, ZEE5, JioCinema Premium, Sun NXT, Hoichoi, Discovery+, ALTBalaji, Eros Now, Lionsgate Play, ShemarooMe, ETV Win (via JioTV+), and FanCode (via JioTV+).

Jio AirFiber Max 500 Mbps Plans

Similarly, there is only one plan available in the 500 Mbps speed segment, priced at Rs 2,499 per bill cycle. It is offered in 3, 6, and 12-month durations. This plan includes 1,000GB of data, speeds up to 500 Mbps, free voice service, and over 800 on-demand TV channels. The OTT entertainment benefits are the same as the 300 Mbps plan, except that Netflix Standard is bundled with this plan.

Jio AirFiber Max 1 Gbps Plans

The highest-priced option in the Jio AirFiber segment is the 1 Gbps plan, priced at Rs 3,999. It is available in 3, 6, and 12-month durations for new customers. This plan includes 1,000GB of data, speeds up to 1 Gbps, free voice service, and over 800 on-demand TV channels. The OTT entertainment benefits are the same as the 300 Mbps plan, with Netflix Premium included.

Recent Revisions to Jio AirFiber Plans

This time Jio tweaked all its plans slightly and added long-term plan benefits of an extra 30 days, 15 days of validity, and Rs 95 cashback on 12-, 6-, and 3-month bill plans, respectively.

Jio AirFiber Best Offers

As always, Jio keeps some offers running on AirFiber. Three best offers are currently available: one on the 30 Mbps plan and two on 100 Mbps speed plans.

• 30 Mbps Plan: Priced at Rs 2,222 with a 3-month bill cycle. It comes bundled with 1,000GB of data, free voice, and over 800 on-demand TV channels. OTT benefits include the same subscriptions as the 30 Mbps plan discussed above.
• 100 Mbps Plan 1: Priced at Rs 3,333 with a 3-month bill cycle. It comes bundled with 1,000GB of data, free voice, and over 800 on-demand TV channels. OTT benefits include the same subscriptions as the 30 Mbps plan discussed above.
• 100 Mbps Plan 2: Priced at Rs 4,444 with a 3-month bill cycle. It comes bundled with 1,000GB of data, free voice, and over 800 on-demand TV channels. In addition to the subscription benefits included in the regular plan, this plan includes subscriptions to Netflix Basic, Amazon Prime Lite (valid for two years), and FanCode (via JioTV+).

Along with the base benefits, these 3-month best offer plans also come with the long-term plan benefit of Rs 95 cashback, like other plans.

Data Sachet Packs for Extra Usage

If you exhaust the data bundled with your chosen plan, Jio offers Data Sachet Packs for top-ups. Currently, Jio provides three options: Rs 401 for 1,000GB (1TB), Rs 251 for 500GB, and Rs 101 for 100GB of high-speed data.

GST is extra on all packs, and the validity matches that of your active plan. After the high-speed data is used, unlimited usage at 64 Kbps is available.

Jio AirFiber Installation

AirFiber installation is free with an annual plan. However, Jio charges Rs 500 for semi-annual plans and Rs 1,000 for 3-month plans. The Wi-Fi 6 router worth Rs 10,000, a 4K UHD Smart STB, and a voice-activated remote are included at no extra cost.

According to a banner on the website, the limited-period offer was available for activations until December 31, 2024. Jio may extend the date as it seeks to add more customers to monetise its 5G. However, Jio is offering free installation worth Rs 1,000 with ‘Your True 5G number.’

Adds YouTube Premium Benefit

Update on January 11:  Jio started bundling YouTube Premium with JioFiber and AirFiber postpaid plans. YouTube Premium is free for 24 months for JioFiber/AirFiber postpaid users who are active on the Rs 888, Rs 1199, Rs 1499, Rs 2499, and Rs 3499 plans during this period. With YouTube Premium, you can enjoy an ad-free service, background play, unlimited downloads, YouTube Music, and premium benefits on multiple devices.
