Xiaomi, the Chinese manufacturer, has become quite popular in India, and as the company completes five years of its existence, it has something in store for every one. The company has a slew of offers in store across its entire range for the products. The company announced yesterday that its products will be available on Amazon and Snapdeal, in addition to Flipkart. Xiaomi products will be available on other e-commerce platforms starting 12:00 PM today. The offers will be present on Mi 4, Redmi Note 4G, Redmi 2 and Mi Pad.

The Xiaomi Mi 4 will be available at a discount of Rs. 2,000 today. The 16GB variant will cost Rs. 17,999 instead of the regular Rs. 19,999, and the 64GB variant will cost Rs. 21,999 instead of Rs. 23,999. The Redmi 2 will be available today without any registrations. The third sale for the Mi Pad will take place today. The tablet’s extremely value-for-money price tag has made it quite popular and it is being sold through open sales in the country.

Coming to the Redmi Note 4G, the smartphone will be available with a free 5,200 mAh power bank if you purchase it from an Airtel store or The Mobile Store. If you purchase it online, you can get yourself a free pair of Mi in-ear headphones. All these offers will be available till midnight today.

Xiaomi has went on to become the fifth largest smartphone brand in India within a short span of time. The company is making constant efforts to expand its reach in the country. With its recent tie-ups with the likes of The Mobile Store and Airtel for offline stores, and Amazon, Snapdeal and Flipkart for online stores, Xiaomi seems to be well on track to challenge the juggernauts in the smartphone arena in the country.

Offtopic. IPL opening ceremony was worst. Lots of mistakes. Poor presentation and poor event management.

First, Saif Ali Khan was worst anchor.
Second, Rohit sharma stepped on white color circular banner. No one guided him from where to go.
Third, Shahid kapoor bike hit the black circular stage.
Forth, Shahid kapoor leg got stuck in the black circular stage. No one checked it before show starts.
