Vodafone 4G services goes live in Trichy, offers customers 22 GB at Rs. 999

Vodafone, today announced the launch of its Vodafone 4G service in Trichy. After the successful launch in Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Madurai and Titucorin Vodafone 4G was launched in Trichy. Vodafone 4G will be made available in all major towns and cities across the state by March 2017.

It should be 499 or 599 bundled 20 GB data plus free calls. It will be more beneficial to both operator and consumers

Don’t know how Vodafone is in Trichy but here in Kolkata they launched 4G in the starting of 2016
Initially the network was full crap … Lots of flactuations… Limited Coverage bla bla bla …. After getting several feedback upon it .. they started optimising …
From Mid November their 4G Network started behaving like a charm… Excellent optimisation…Lots of new areas are being covered everyday… Now almost 70? of Kolkata Circle is covered by 4G…
Vodafone has one of the best team of RF engineers for 4G optimisation…
Hope they built a great network in Trichy also…

I must admit, they do have the best team for optimisation as in both of my frequently visited circles of UPE, and Delhi, they do have the best optimised network in any segment. However, its really sad that they straightaway neglect the some of the circes like Bihar and Madhya Pradesh where its network is a piece of shit. However, their roaming agreements with airtel in Bihar eases the pain of a roamer to some extent and the same with Idea in MP. It’s true that Vodafone cares about its key circles only … But in the current competitive market they also need to focus on Category B circles also …They started very late …. Recovering in pan India base in quite tough for them now…
And Jio is a full piece of crap in Kolkata … They have built the towers almost 2 years ago … Still very very poor network here
