Vivo, the Chinese smartphone company, has put out the official word about yet another phone this year - Vivo X23. The BBK Electronics owned smartphone manufacturer had launched the Vivo X21 in March this year, following that device now the company is introducing the X23. Vivo, on its official site, has already listed this phone with a teaser and has also dropped some sure-shot specifications of the device. Notably, this year has been a happening one for Vivo as the brand has introduced phone after phone. The highlight of this new phone by Vivo is the waterdrop notch display and the vertical dual rear camera setup. With the official word of this device already out, the company is soon expected to reveal the full specifications and pricing as well.
Vivo X23 Specifications and Features
Interested buyers of the phone should note that on its website, Vivo has already made the reservation button live. The webpage for the Vivo X23 still reads “coming soon”, and the company has listed select specifications about the phone, thus dropping some solid hints about what we can expect from this device. Some of the listed features of the phone include the 91.2% screen-to-body ratio along with a 3D design for a premium gradient finish in varied colour options. On the similar lines of Oppo F9 Pro, the phone is going to sport a waterdrop notch. Besides this, there is a fourth generation in-display fingerprint scanner. Lastly, the phone has been equipped with a vertically oriented dual rear camera setup. Speaking of colour options, the phone has been said to come with purple and blue variants. However, there might be more options awaiting an announcement on the launch day.
The Vivo X23 has also undergone some leaks in the recent times which have highlighted that the phone will come with advanced 3D face recognition, a next-gen in-display fingerprint scanner which also makes its way to the Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition. As part of this leak, it was also highlighted that the phone would come with a 6.4-inch display, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 processor accompanied by an 8GB RAM. To top all of this, there is going to be an “independent” audio DAC.
