Team Telecom Armenia has announced its largest network infrastructure and software upgrade, set to begin on September 30 and conclude by October 01. The operator says that this modernisation project will be the largest network upgrade since the company’s launch. The company made this upgrade announcement in an official statement this week.

Expected Service Disruptions
During this upgrade period, all payment systems, including in-office, the My Team app, banking, and third-party services, will be unavailable. Customers may also experience disruptions in mobile, landline, internet services, and the My Team app, the company announced.

Improvements to Telecom Infrastructure
The modernisation effort will upgrade the company’s network, server equipment, and core software systems to improve service quality and customer support. Team Telecom Armenia said this upgrade is a part of its commitment to continuously enhancing telecom services across the country.
