As the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro was launched in China on Tuesday, today the Chinese manufacturer has launched the Mi Note 10 and the Mi Note 10 Pro in Spain today which are basically the rebranded versions of the Mi CC9 Pro. The smartphones are of prime importance for Xiaomi and for the consumers as well. The highlights of these new smartphones by Xiaomi include the Snapdragon 730G processor, which has been seen on very few phones right now and boasts of gaming capabilities. Apart from this, the phone is also the first one to come with a 108MP camera which is part of a penta-camera setup. The Mi Note 10 Pro is differentiated from the Mi Note 10 by the 8P lens, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage.

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro Specifications

It is crucial to note that the Mi Note 10 and the Mi Note 10 Pro are a little different given their Pro tag or the lack thereof. While the Mi Note 10 comes with a 7P lens, the Mi Note 10 Pro goes a step ahead to sport an 8P lens. Another difference between the two variants is of the RAM and storage since the Mi Note 10 Pro comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option which is not available with the Mi Note 10. Both of these devices come with a waterdrop notch on the front which is placed on the 6.47-inch curved full-HD+ display rendering a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels. This display on the Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro is an OLED one, and it comes with a pixel density of 398ppi. The display on the phone reaches up to the peak level of 600 nits (HBM), and it also comes with TUV Rheinland certification, and a contrast ratio of 400000:1. The rear panel of both the Mi Note 10 and the Mi Note 10 Pro is clad in a 3D curved glass and has rounded corners. Under the hood, the Mi Note 10 and the Mi Note 10 Pro both sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset. This chipset is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro Camera

The camera setup of the Mi Note 10 series remains one of the major highlights of these smartphones. The main camera on the device is a 108MP sensor with an f/1.69 aperture and four-axis OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation). This primary lens is paired up with a 20MP wide-angle camera with a 117-degree field of view. There is also a 12MP telephoto lens, a secondary 5MP telephoto lens, and a 2MP macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture that is capable of clicking images with a minimum subject distance of 1.5cm.

As for the features of the Mi Note 10 and the Mi Note 10 Pro, both of these phones will be able to have up to 5x optical zoom and 10x hybrid zoom. The rear camera can shoot videos in 4K with up to 30fps frame rate. There is also slow-mo video recording up to 960fps. Other features include portrait blur adjustment, a dedicated night mode 2.0. The selfie camera on these devices is a 32MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture.

The Mi Note 10 Pro and the Mi Note 10 come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the phone packs a 5,260mAh battery which also supports 30W fast charging. The phone can go from zero to full in merely 65 minutes.

Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro Pricing

Both these newly launched phones will debut in Glacier White, Aurora Green, and Midnight Black colour variants and would be available in Spain and Italy starting November 15, and in France in November 18. German buyers would be able to get the phone as early as November 11. The price for the Mi Note 10 has been set at EUR 549 (roughly Rs 43,200) for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, whereas the Mi Note 10 Pro will cost EUR 649 or about Rs 51,000 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant.

Imminent Competition for Xiaomi

In other news, Realme will be launching the Realme X2 and Realme X2 Pro smartphones in India on November 20. The Realme X2 or the Realme XT 730G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC similar to the Mi Note 10 smartphone. But it does not feature any 108MP penta-camera setup, and it’s aimed at the people who’re looking for a mid-range gaming phone. Right now, Xiaomi India did not confirm whether it’s bringing the Mi Note 10 series to the Indian market, but we hope the company brings these two phones to conquer the upper mid-range segment.
