The broadband and fixed line service provider Connect Broadband is offering free data to its customers as a part of the Diwali festival bonanza. Total of 300 GB free data is being offered along with free voice calls without any changes in the pricing.
“As we get ready to welcome the festive season, at Connect, we want to celebrate it with our extended family. It is because of customers trust in our services we have been able to maintain the tag of No 1 broadband services provider in the region. As a token of appreciation we are offering free data to our customers,” Mr. Arvind Bali, CEO Connect Broadband said.
The new offer intends to lead in the growing competition in the market, which is on surge due to the festivals. “With increase in internet speeds and large amount content being floated over the internet, data usage has increased drastically and an average family now consumes about 150 GB data per month,” the company said in a statement.
If to recap, Connect Broadband recently launched data plans offering data at Rs 8/GB for new customers.
“Through Free data offered customers can enjoy unlimited browsing, listen to songs, watch movies and videos etc. This allows all family members to use the internet on all their devices without having to worry about data usage or the speed of their internet service,” company said.
As a part of the customer connect, Connect Broadband has also sent customized letters addressed by Mr. Arvind Bali, CEO Connect Broadband and Videocon Telecom to every customer.
