BSNL Joins Race For Push Email Apps

By April 28th, 2010 AT 1:41 PM

BlacMail the first of its kind push email mobile application, will soon be available through BSNL wap portal for BSNL subscribers in Bangalore, Chennai Hyderabad and in all Univercell outlets.

BlacMail is a push email mobile application that works without GPRS on most mobile phones. With it, you can get your mails on your phone, just like in smart-phones, anytime, anywhere.

What sets BlacMail apart is its light file size (about 250 KB), neat user-friendly interface, a separate mail inbox, and features that allow the user to differentiate between mails even before opening them- mails from different sources have different icons in the inbox.

There isn’t any monthly rental for BlacMail- it works on credits, where you lose credits based on the size of the mails you receive. This can be altered and controlled using filters and restricting mail size.
