As we reported a few days ago, Airtel has now officially announced that it's going to bring the Apple's best iPhone ever, the Apple iPhone X to its online store on November 3. Airtel recently launched its online store (www.airtel.in/onlinestore/) with an aim to offer smartphones on a contract basis for postpaid customers. The sale of the Apple iPhone X will begin on Airtel Online Store at 6 PM on November 3.

Airtel said that it is one among the few portals to sell the iPhone X in the country, amidst the huge demand for the tenth anniversary iPhone. As said earlier, the iPhone X on Airtel's Online Store will be available exclusively to Airtel postpaid customers as an unlocked device on a first come first serve basis. Customers purchasing the device should pay the full amount and Airtel will deliver the device to the customer's doorstep free of charge.

Airtel prepaid and non-Airtel customers can upgrade to Airtel postpaid to be eligible for the purchase and can choose a postpaid plan from Airtel's myPlan Infinity postpaid plans. Furthermore, there's a cashback offer from Citi bank as well. Customers with a Citibank Credit card will get a cashback of Rs. 10,000 within 90 days from the date of purchase. That said, the iPhone X purchase has to be made on Airtel Online Store between 6 PM November 3 and 7 AM November 4, 2017.

Raj Pudipeddi, Director - Consumer Business & CMO, Bharti Airtel said: “We are delighted to offer the most advanced iPhone on our Online Store and give our postpaid customers in India an opportunity to be amongst the select few globally to get the much awaited iPhone X. Our customers can also experience the seamless digital experience offered by Airtel’s Online Store from ordering the device to doorstep delivery. We are seeing some terrific customer response to our offerings on the Online Store and we are confident that iPhone X will only add to the momentum.”

Coming back to the Apple iPhone X, the base 64GB variant of the phone costs Rs. 89,000, and the 256GB variant will set you back by Rs. 1,02,000. Both the models will be available for purchase on the Airtel Online Store. The Airtel Online Store is part of the company's Project Next, which is aimed at transforming the customer experience. Airtel Online Store services currently available in 21 cities across India.
