Sistema Shyam Teleservices (SSTL) unhappy with the recommended reserve price of 800 MHz spectrum

Sistema Shyam Teleservices (SSTL) is disappointed with the recommended reserve price of 800 Mhz spectrum as it is not in sync with the business and ecosystem realities. Telecom Commission fixes base price for auction of 800 MHz spectrum

The Telecom Commission (TC) has fixed Rs 3,646 crore per MHz as the base price for the auction of 800 MHz spectrum, which is slated for February next year. Vodafone, Airtel gets 45 days extension in Delhi and 15 days in Mumbai

The department of telecommunications (DoT) has agreed to a 45-day extension, till January 14, 2015, to Bharti Airtel and Vodafone for migrating to new frequencies. 4G in India: FIPB Defers Augere’s 100% FDI Plan

In another 4G update, Indian government has deferred Augere Wireless to increase its foreign stakes to 100% in its Indian venture.
