We have a reason for Motorola users to grin all day long. The wait is finally over, Finally Motorola has announced that it will be rolling out Android Lollipop updates for all its devices launched in the period of 2013 and 2014.

In a post made on the Google Plus (below), Motorola Engineer, Luciano Carvalho, has conveyed that the company is presently working hard to bring the update to its consumers. Though he has not specified the set date but he did mention that the updates will arrive “real soon".

The Google Plus post also says that the company has rolled out an Android 5.0.3 update as a soak test. The reason behind the delay is the bug infested launch of the Android Lollipop. The post also mentions that the software team at the Motorola is constantly working on finding and fixing bugs, and they will unleash it once it is completely bug free.

Lollipop-Forest

In terms of timely device updates, Motorola has emerged as one of the best companies. However, we can’t be certain about what version number of the Android Lollipop will roll out to which devices. The devices launched by the company are great sellers and receive regular customer support from the company.

Interestingly, referring to the Motorola Android 5.0.2 Lollipop soak test, which is available to selected devices for selected locations globally. By far, we have only seen a 5.0.2 reference for the 2012 WiFi Nexus 7, which is still in line to receive an OTA Lollipop update itself.

Are you using a Motorola device? Excited about the update eh?
