Xiaomi might launch the Redmi Note during Diwali

Xiaomi's official Facebook Page had a teaser along with a lamp and the remaining things blurred off. According to the reports, Xiaomi might launched the Redmi Note during the Diwali festive season for Rs. 9,999.

The possibilities are that Xiaomi will launch this device sometime next week. Xiaomi is stocking around 100,000 units for the Redmi 1S sale on October 14. It is learnt that Xiaomi has sold 25,000 units of Mi 3 and 1,50,000 Redmi 1S during the last sale which is by far, the highest number of devices made available by Xiaomi in a single day.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note is a dual-SIM Android smartphone featuring a 5.5-inch HD IPS LCD display, 1.7GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6592 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 8GB of onboard storage. There is a 13-megapixel primary camera with 1080p video recording and a 5-megapixel secondary camera.
