So finally it looks like Vodafone India guys are aware of the current balance deduction issue over their Prepaid BlackBerry Service what we reported on December 9th, 2011.

TelecomTalk Impact : Vodafone India has quoted in its official website stating “We are aware of certain issues faced by our BlackBerry users and regret the inconvenience caused in this regard. “We are taking appropriate corrective measures to resolve it soon. We request you to bear with us and we will update the status of the action taken.”

Vodafone India we would like to add something in the era of SMS it would be nice if you update your subscribers with an SMS to all affected Prepaid BlackBerry users or tweet the same with your Twitter Account @VodafoneIN.

Because most of users are still clueless what is happening, Why their Prepaid Balance is getting deducted or reduced without any usage, and most of them are going for a change via MNP so before things going out of your hand do take necessary steps and be transparent with your punchline ‘Happy2Help!

Its going to be 2013 and vodafone has nothing to say about their bad blackberry service than “sorry for the inconvinience”. They need to know we are not paying to listen their apologies, and I mean it. Its turned out be the worst network for blackberry users, seriously annoying

I am also facing same problem on my prepaid 399 BBM plan. every 1-2 hrs 10 to 20 paise is deducted. call centre says I am using vodafone live or some application is ON which is using vodafone live. I had this problem 6 months back also and then it stopped. again it has started since last 5 days.
Did APN setting etc.. but of no use.
Thinking of changing the service to AIRTEL
