Vivo Y83 Pro Price in India Slashed by Rs 1,000, Now Costs Rs 13,990

Vivo launched the Y83 Pro in the month of August this year in India for a price tag of Rs 15,990. Soon after the launch, the smartphone experienced a price drop. This is now for the second time that Vivo is permanently reducing the price tag of the Y83 Pro in India. The new price of the Vivo Y83 Pro starts at Rs 13,990. Vivo has slashed the price of the Y93 Pro by Rs 1,000 for the second time in the country. As noted, the smartphone was initially launched for a price tag of Rs 15,990. Soon after, Vivo reduced the price of the phone by Rs 1,000 bringing down the MRP of the phone to Rs 14,990. Now, after the second price cut, the Vivo Y93 is now available for Rs 13,990.

Vivo Y93 Pro: Specifications and Features

The Vivo Y83 Pro is an upgraded version of the Y83. The key highlights of the smartphone are dual rear cameras and massive 6.22-inch display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. As far as the specifications are concerned, the Vivo Y83 Pro comes with dual-SIM (Nano + Nano) support and runs Funtouch OS 4.0 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box.

The smartphone comes packed with a 6.22-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) FullView 2.0 IPS display paired with an aspect ratio of 19:9 aspect ratio. The Vivo phone also includes a notch on top of the display which equips the selfie camera and the sensors. On the hardware front, the Vivo Y83 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core and comes paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, which is expandable to 256GB via microSD card.

On the camera front, the Vivo Y83 Pro comes packed with a dual rear camera setup and a single sensor on the front. On the back, the phone includes a primary sensor of 13MP and a secondary sensor of 2MP. On the front, the Vivo phone sports an 8MP selfie shooter which comes paired with various camera modes including face beauty. The Vivo Y83 Pro is backed by a 3260mAh battery setup.

The Vivo Y93 Pro was launched for a price tag of Rs 15,990 in India. The price of the phone was slashed by Rs 1,000 after a few months bringing down the cost of the phone to Rs 14,990. A Mumbai based retailer named Mahesh Telecom was the first one to announce the second price drop of the Vivo phone. The retailer announced that the price of the phone has again dropped by Rs 1,000 which makes the new price of the Y83 Pro to be Rs 13,990.
