Vivo is now taking the online market seriously in addition to offline market in which it had a commanding position some time back. After quite sensible pricing of Vivo NEX (41990 MOP) some price cuts were awaited.
Vivo V11 pro launch is due, so price cut on X21 was eminent as there is ot much difference in specifications of two phones.
V9 after new price cut is a very good option in offlline market.

I’m current situation Vivo V9 should not be a single RS more than 14999. Software is polished but snapdragon 625 is not so good in 2018. I hope Xiaomi doesn’t launch any device again with snapdragon 625.
