Videocon Telecom introduces ‘Selfcare Mobile App’ for postpaid customers

The unique Selfcare Mobile App is a 24*7 real time application which updates the daily phone usage of Videocon Telecom’s postpaid customers.

Postpaid customers including working professionals, businessmen , college students and others can now download Videocon’s user friendly app on Google playstore (app size 600kb only) for Free.

Speaking about the new offering, Mr Arvind Bali, Director & CEO, Videocon Telecom said, “The launch of self service capabilities by Videocon Telecom is another effort towards delivering the best customer experience in the digital space.
