Videocon TelecomVideocon Telecom, has added an all-new Videocon ‘Selfcare Mobile App’ for postpaid customers across Punjab, to its existing product portfolio. The unique Selfcare Mobile App is a 24*7 real time application which updates the daily phone usage of Videocon Telecom’s postpaid customers.

Postpaid customers including working professionals, businessmen , college students and others can now download Videocon’s user friendly app on Google playstore (app size 600kb only) for Free.




Speaking about the new offering, Mr Arvind Bali, Director & CEO, Videocon Telecom said, “The launch of self service capabilities by Videocon Telecom is another effort towards delivering the best customer experience in the digital space. We want to empower our customers with a convenient, non-intrusive and 24*7 available way of managing their postpaid mobile accounts. We do hope this will make the lives of our customers lot easier.”

Videocon Selfcare Mobile App enables customers to have instant, anywhere-anytime access to their phone account via smartphones / tablets. Without the need to call customer care numbers or having to visit Retail Stores, Videocon Selfcare App is the easiest, quickest and the surest way to access a whole host of functionalities including call history, payments history, bill history, tariff details, pack details, add/remove VAS, feedback and support and more.
