Nowadays with the growing strength and potential of Social Media every brand be it product or service is choosing this medium as their preferred communication, service help desk and feedback channels.
In case of Telecom operators too almost all major brands have their presence made in social media but are they really active and helpful? Are they trying to build up a special relation with their customers?
