Tata Docomo upgrades its network, Now Offers 9.8 Mbps on Photon Max Wi-Fi Data Card

Tata Docomo has upgraded its network in Delhi now all Tata Photon customers will get speed upto 9.8Mbps on Photon Max Wi-Fi Data Card. This network augmentation will result in faster speeds on the Photon Max Wi-Fi device for its customers in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. Subsequently, this will be extended to 8 other metro cities.

Tata Photon has upgraded its network with the Rev. B Phase II technology providing data speeds of upto 9.8Mbps on its Photon Max Wi-Fi Data Card, up from the 6.2Mbps presently available. All existing customers will automatically be able to access the higher speeds on their network as the network upgrade will be compatible with their existing Photon Max Wi-Fi devices. The Wi-Fi feature allows consumers to create their personal Wi-Fi zones and connects upto five devices simultaneously. Furthermore, customers incur no roaming charges nationally on the use of this product, which makes it highly convenient and easy for travellers to continue to seamlessly access data while on the move.

Both postpaid and prepaid customers will benefit from this rollout irrespective of their billing plans.

well don’t know if they have a store there or not but you can purchase it from Noida.. In terms of connectivity it’s good, since I used it once for my GPS navigation there.. I had no clue on how to reach Galgotias University.. I created a hotspot & used it.. I felt it was good over there but since I don’t reside there, I can’t be sure about the overall performance..
