Tata Communications Wins Best Global Wholesale Offering Award 2009Tata Communications today announced that it has received the Best Global Wholesale Offering Award from Capacity magazine. The awards were announced on Nov 23 at the Capacity Europe 2009 event in Amsterdam.

The judging panel comprising senior Capacity editorial staff as well as a range of senior industry analysts recognized Tata Communications’ pole position in the wholesale business.

Which is anchored by a globe-spanning network of submarine and terrestrial cables with over 300 PoPs, and reaching to over 240 countries and territories.Capacity magazine’s Global Wholesale Telecommunications Awards recognise the achievements of leading players in the wholesale telecoms industry.

Earlier in June, Tata Communications was also made BT’s primary voice supplier of International Direct Dial outside of BT’s footprint countries – exemplifying Tata Communications’ ability to meet service providers’ global communication needs and help them focus on their core business while gaining large economies of scale.
