Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet now available in India for Rs 49,900

Sony had revealed the Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z2 tablet during the MWC 2014 earlier this year. The Xperia Z2 smartphone was available in India shortly after the announcement. The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet however was made is available in India yesterday at a price of Rs 49,900.

The waterproof Xperia Z2 tablet has a 10.1 inch Triluminous WUXGA (1920 x 1200 pixels) display and is powered by a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and 3GB of RAM. There is 16GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot to expand the storage by additional 64GB. There is an 8MP rear-facing primary camera and a 2.2MP front-facing secondary camera. Both these cameras are capable of recording full HD 1080p videos. The tablet is equipped with a 6000 mAh battery and comes with Android 4.4 KitKat.
