Currently, Samsung Galaxy A22 5G is the most affordable 5G smartphone from the company. Late last month, a report revealed that the company is working on yet another 5G smartphone - the Samsung Galaxy A13. It is said that this upcoming device will take over the mantle of the Galaxy A22 5G. Now, a report by GalaxyClub has shared more details regarding the Samsung Galaxy A13 hinting that the device could be launched sometime soon.
As per the publication, the upcoming Samsung smartphone will arrive with the model number SM-A136B. In addition to confirming the existence of the device, it also has shared the camera and battery specifications of this device. It is believed that the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G could be launched later this year. However, it will be released only in early 2022.
Samsung Galaxy A13 5G Rumored Specs
The publication has spilled the beans on some specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G, which could be launched as the most affordable 5G smartphone from the company. In terms of specs, the publication has hinted that it could arrive with a 50MP primary camera at its rear. Unfortunately, the details of the sensor and other camera sensors are not known. Going by the recent budget smartphone launches such as Redmi 10 feature a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor. Having said that, the upcoming Samsung smartphone in question could also use the same sensor.
Apart from the camera sensor, the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G could be backed by a 5000mAh battery. This is not uncommon as budget smartphones usually feature a more capacious battery. Even the Galaxy A12, the previous generation model came with a 5000mAh battery under its hood.
Besides these, the other specs of the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G remain unknown for now. We can expect further details of the upcoming smartphone to be revealed in the coming days or weeks. If Samsung launches this as the most affordable 5G smartphone in its portfolio, we can expect the smartphone to compete hard against rivals from other brands, especially Chinese players to face the heat. In that case, the smartphone will arrive with competitive specifications.
