Canadian telecommunications provider Rogers to better serve their diverse customer base, has introduced the We Speak Your Language program in their Branded Retail stores. With this program, Retail employees are able to assist customers in over 100 languages, including French, Hindi, Tamil, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Mandarin, Punjabi, Tagalog, Arabic, and Azerbaijani, according to the official statement.

Multilingual Support for Enhanced Customer Experience
In a video released by the telco, Rogers store personnel are seen talking about the new initiative. “For us to be able to welcome them into the country and be ambassadors for them perfectly aligns with our new theme, ‘With you all the way’.”
According to them, this initiative aims to break down communication barriers, foster deeper connections with customers, and help customers make informed decisions about their mobile services. Rogers said it is committed to embracing diversity and providing an exceptional customer experience.
