Reliance Jio is offering customers two days of complimentary services to users in Mumbai. The company is sending text messages to users informing them of the same. The complimentary service is being offered by the telco because of a network outage that happened on Tuesday. Jio didn't share any specifics as to what happened on Tuesday, but the company is compensating the affected customers by giving them two days of complimentary plan.

Jio's message said, "Dear Jio user, your service experience is our top priority. Unfortunately, Tuesday morning, you faced problem in availing seamless service. As a goodwill gesture, we have applied a 2-day complimentary unlimited plan on your number. You will be able to enjoy the benefits of this plan immediately once it gets applied on your number. We value you and your service experience on Jio. With love, from Jio."
This is not the first time a network outage has impacted Jio's customers. Users on social media platforms like X (formerly known as Twitter) were quite disappointed, especially as Jio recently hiked tariffs. However, the company was quick to restore services for affected users and is also compensating them with two days of free service.
