Amarnath Yatra Prepaid Plan by Reliance Jio Details

Jumping straight to the benefits of this plan, Reliance Jio will offer unlimited local and national voice calls, combined with 100 SMS per day, and unlimited data out of which 500MB per day will be available to the users with high speed, whereas the after FUP speed will be 64 Kbps. The validity of this plan has been announced to be 7 days by Reliance Jio. Also, the plan will be available for recharge for Rs 102. Another thing to note about this plan is that the Reliance Jio app subscription which is usually available with all Reliance Jio prepaid plans will not be available with this one as the Amarnath Yatra prepaid plan does not come under the Reliance Jio Prime Membership.

Reliance Jio has launched this new prepaid plan for the Amarnath Yatra participants because the subscribers coming from other states to Jammu and Kashmir face a roaming problem. These roaming restrictions applicable in J&K become a hindrance to connectivity for the travellers and tourists. To help the travellers remain connected and in touch with their loved ones, Reliance Jio has launched this new prepaid plan.

Buying New Reliance Jio Connection in J&K

It is also worth noting that to enjoy the benefits of this plan, the subscribers will have to buy a new connection in Jammu and Kashmir and then recharge their number with the short term prepaid plan which we mentioned above. With the Amarnath Yatra prepaid plan and their new connection bought from Jio retailers in Jammu and Kashmir, the subscribers will be able to enjoy seamless connectivity while they are on their pilgrimage. Reliance Jio has also noted that the plan will be available for recharge with many Jio retailers across the state and it will be available for the entirety of Amarnath Yatra.
