all operators are CRAP non of then are following TRAI guidelines all these operators are fooling customers. TATA, Reliance Aircel, Airtel, Vodaphone, Uninor all of them are not given clear picture of their plans moreover as per Guideline by TRAI they should offer SMS free of cost or charge minimum but these operators are charging for plan and upon it they also have clause of “1st sms at Rs 1 or 1st 2 SMS and 50 paise.
