Happy Independence day fellow telecom talk members!
Impressive results by reliance but they must also invest some portion of their profits in revenue important circles like delhi/ncr. I have used reliance for almost 2 months now and coverage wise, its okay with aircel ICRA. However, 3G still needs a lot of improvement to match AVOID’s 3G. Rest, it appears to be a “desert” operator where there is no call management facilities and USSD don’t work half of the time. SMS deliveries take 30 mins.

I’m staying in Gurgaon. In sector 17, the speed was crap. Now that I have moved to sector 15 part 1, the speed is much better here, and coupled with hotspot shield vpn, I get 200 to 300 lowest. it offers unlimited internet at 124 rs/month and also its cheaper so its expected that it has highest amount of data consumed not to forget the true unlimited 3g it started giving few days ago.

Cheap does not necessarily translate into maximum

Reliance services are so slow that even if they give 69 GB for Rs 1947, you will not be able to use all the data.
