Panasonic has been launching a number of devices under the price range of Rs. 10,000, all of them are dual-SIM ones. Looks like they know consumer preferences and needs but they haven't been able to launch any best-seller yet and the presence of ultra-cheap offerings from Xiaomi and Asus is making it even harder for them.
