Ngpay To Power Axis Bank’s Mobile Commerce Ventures

Axis Bank the third largest private sector bank in India today announced the selection of ngpay, India’s largest mall on mobile as one of their technology partners to offer mobile commerce services to their customers.

Axis Bank customers will be able to avail of mobile banking services like Balance Enquiry, Mini Statement, Funds Transfer, Manage and View Accounts etc through the ngpay platform.

In the case of mobile commerce, Axis bank customers will have the privilege of transacting on ngpay using Axis Bank Direct debit facilities from their account.

i am using this application from quite a some time and really impressed by its services and categories. The banking functions given by this application is really helpful for people for who do a lot of banking. But im a little worried about the people who belong to a lower category and college students. They dont use banking functions in their cell phones. Some are not even aware of how to use this application despite having it on their phones. For ngpay to work, GPRS needs to be activated. Contact your operator for settings if you don’t already have it activated 🙂

Visit any Axis Bank ATM and select ‘Shop on ngpay’ under ‘Registrations’ menu. Select your a/c and enter your mobile number to link it to your a/c.
You will receive an mPIN via SMS on your registered mobile phone. Add your verified Axis Bank a/c on ngpay. You will also receive an SMS with the download link. Download, install and register on ngpay. Visit ‘Axis Bank’ >> ‘Manage Accounts’ >> ‘Activate Accounts’ option in Axis Bank section. Enter your a/c number and mPIN (received via SMS) to add your a/c on ngpay.
