The Motorola Moto X (2nd Gen) launched in India for Rs. 31,999

After unveiling it to the world during their pre-IFA 2014 event in Berlin, Motorola has finally unveiled the latest Moto X (2nd Gen) in India which will be up for grabs exclusively on Flipkart by midnight for Rs. 31,999. Motorola will be offering the new device in black, bamboo and leather back options in order to woo Indian customers. The pricing of this device is quite enticing, though not very attractive when compared to Xiaomi’s offerings.

The new Moto X boasts a 5.2-inch 1080p display, a powerful 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB RAM, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, 13-megapixel rear camera with 4K video recording ability, 2-megapixel front camera, 2300mAh battery and runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The device will compete with Galaxy S5, HTC One E8, Oppo Find 7a and Apple iPhone 5S at that price.

Can’t wait to own the new Moto X? The device will go on sale tonight, so make your reservations for Flipkart at 12PM midnight to set your dibs on the new Moto X.

The biggest problem is that Flipkart doesnt sell the 32gb version of this device in India and its a big let down for a device that doesnt come with an option for expanding memory.
Also the cost for the 16gb phone is much higher compared to Nexus 5 or any other current offering. The specs are not that enticing to go for this model.I wont be too surprised if the sales go damm slow
