Motorola is not in the mood to leave any stone unturned to woo Indian consumers. The company has now launched “Moto Xpress”, which is a pick and drop after sale service for all its users in India. With Moto Xpress, users can request for an instant home service, after making the request, a representative will be sent to your doorstep to fix the device.

MotorolaThe service is in its initial phase and is currently being tested in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, with plans to extend it to other cities soon. Motorola will be charging an amount of Rs. 199 for the service, with a promise to resolve the issue under five working days. Users can turn to Moto Xpress for issues such as repair, software error, or any other grievance.




Moto Xpress’s procedure is pretty simple, users can book the service by calling on 011-41717124. Soon after making the call and registering the issue, Motorola will select a representative on the basis of location and will make sure that he visits the user as soon as possible. This is not the first time that Motorola has extended its care to the users in India, the company has set-up 160 service centers across the nation and it has recently opened the Moto Care Service & Experience Center in Bangalore.
