India’s leading telecom service provider Reliance Jio has achieved full compliance with the customer service Quality of Service (QoS) benchmarks prescribed by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for wireless access services for June 2026, delivering consistent performance across all 22 Licensed Service Areas (LSAs).
Zero Billing Complaints Across All Service Areas
According to the monthly QoS performance data, the telecom operator reported zero billing and charging complaints in every service area, well within the TRAI benchmark of not more than 0.1 per cent. It also achieved 100 per cent resolution of all billing and charging complaints within the stipulated four-week period, while customer account adjustments following complaint resolution were implemented within the prescribed timeline in every eligible case.
Customer Care Accessibility Exceeds TRAI Benchmark
Jio also maintained a strong performance in customer support services. Accessibility of its call centres and customer care ranged from 97.42 per cent in the Kolkata Telecom (KT) circle to 99.82 per cent in Assam, comfortably exceeding the regulatory benchmark of 95 per cent. Similarly, the percentage of calls answered by operators within 90 seconds ranged from 99.03 per cent in Andhra Pradesh to 99.97 per cent in Uttar Pradesh East, significantly exceeding the regulatory requirement of 95 per cent.
100 Percent Compliance in Complaint Resolution and Service Closure
The operator recorded 100 per cent compliance in processing customer requests for service termination or closure within seven working days. It also ensured 100 per cent refund of security deposits within 45 days of service closure or non-provisioning, meeting the benchmark across all service areas.
