Idea cellular the 3rd largest operator by subscriber base has refreshed the look and feel of it's 'My Idea' selfcare app. The current version of the app which is available in the app store is already pretty functional, the new version builds upon this functionality by a few tweaks here and there.

The new look has a more graphical layout with better visual presentation for details like data usage in current billing cycle for postpaid subscribers.

The app allows adding of multiple Idea connections under a common parent account, this adds greatly to the ease of access and user friendliness and gives relief from the hassle of maintaining individual accounts and connections through individual apps.

The side navigation menu now has more options than ever, for quick access to tasks like Bill pay & Recharge account, Offers, My account, subscriptions, my connections, transaction history, requests and complaints, Idea world, Help & support, settings. One can even customise the quick action menu to add the tasks they frequently use.
