iBall launches Slide Cuddle A4 tablet with an octa-core SoC for Rs. 9,699

iBall has unveiled yet another tablet in its Slide series, with the name Slide Cuddle A4. The tablet features a 6.95-inch display with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution, and is powered by a 1.7 GHz Octa-Core ARM Cortex A7 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM.

It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a 2-megapixel front camera. In terms of connectivity, it supports dual-SIM, 3G with voice calling, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, and USB OTG. There is gesture support too, which enables users to draw on the lock screen to open any app right away, without the need of going into the menu. It also has an inbuilt multi-lingual supported keyboard as well, which supports up to 21 regional languages.

The Slide Cuddle A4 will be available in White and Gold color, for a price of Rs. 9,699. A mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom also claims the device to be available for an amount of Rs. 8,990 and for even lesser price of Rs. 8,690 on eBay.
