HTC has come up with some of the best phones in the recent times. The HTC One X and the HTC One have been its best releases and there would hardly be any person who does not include these two phones in their list of top phones in the market as of now.

Looking always to bring something new to the market, HTC took advantage of the dual-SIM phone market and released the HTC Desire 600. The HTC Desire 600 is a high end dual SIM phone and getting a high end Dual-SIM device is not an easy job. Before I go in to the specifications of the phone let us see the price at which the phone is available, the phone is can be bought at a price of around Rs. 25,000. Therefore the features of the phone should be viewed and judged in the light of its price.

Screen: The phone has a 4.5 inch Super LCD2 capacitive touchscreen with a pixel display ratio of 540 x 960 pixels. The screen comes with a multi touch feature also. The display of this phone is is good enough and you’ll have an ease of operations in indoor as well as outdoor viewing.

Operating System: The phone runs on the Android OS version 4.1 which is the Jellybean version. The phone has great sound output in the form of stereo speakers and built-in amplifiers, which are enhanced by Beats Audio sound enhancement.

Processor and Memory: The phone runs on a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core processor that is ably supported by RAM of 1 GB. It is based on Cortex A5 architecture which is pretty old school. The internal storage memory of the device stands at 8 GB which can be extended by 64 GB with the use of an external memory card.

Camera: The phone sports an 8 MP rear camera with auto focus and LED flash. There is also a secondary camera which is about 1.6 MP only allowing video chat and not too suitable for photography. The primary camera gives access to high quality photos and is very easy to use.

Connectivity: The phone can connect to 2G and 3G networks using both SIM cards. The phone can also connect to GPRS and EDGE data networks among others. There is also Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and Infrared connectivity. NFC feature is also available depending on the markets. The phone thus offers brilliant connectivity.

Additional features: In addition to this the phone has a number of add on features such as FM Radio, Media Player, Accelerometer, SNS integration, Dropbox, Active noise cancellation and a number of other features.

Our take : The phone offers a number of great features and if one is looking for a phone in the range in which the Desire 600 is available then it definitely is a great buy however the price is not on
