BSNL introduces new STVs for free incoming in National Roaming

BSNL has one of the best collection of Special Tariff Voucher when it comes to National roaming and due to the good response the previously released vouchers garnered BSNL decided to introduce some more STVs for National roaming. The recharge has been launched with different validity starting from a single day to 90 days and for all the plans the tariff is 1.5p/sec which is also applicable for STD calls on roaming. The 30 days plan costs Rs.70 and the longer 90 days plan costs just Rs.90 which translates to just Rs.1 a day for free incoming calls during roaming.

These plans will additionally facilitate free incoming calls in Delhi and Mumbai which fall under the control of MTNL. These STVs are valid across all service areas.

So you are coming to say that you faced 7 months downtime in BSNL broadband?. It not at all happens. You are a pure anti bsnl troll.

In Namakkal, Tamilnadu BSNL broadband has more than 355 non continuous days of uptime. I am satisfied with the service. Only customer care and the speed after fair usage is worst (only 512 Kbps).

hello Sudhakar
May be in Namakkal BSNL service is good, but in many places its losting charm, services are very poor. no one is responding when we dial customer as well some times. check whether BSNL manager’s, highly positioned workers are using BSNL service?

Wrong!
BSNL CC is comparatively the best nowadays. They pick up the call immediately, gives proper resolutions to the problems, have solutions to our queries, and the executives are well trained, mannered and polite as well.
Also, BSNL is the only company which personally calls you to inform that your data pack will end in a day and you’ll be charged at normal rates.
There are issues in BSNL, but it’s getting solved day by day. The only thing we can do is be a little patient and let the govt revive it.
I’m happily using BSNL at the moment.
Peace…

Well said. Most of the BSNL broadband users are illiterate about knowing their switch speed which is configured at the BSNL and simply blame for low speed. In this case, it is also the customer’s fault and not completely BSNL’s fault.

To be frank if you have got any problem with BSNL and it is still unresolved then it is definitely your fault to continue in that way because you don’t know that there is a nodal officer heads the customer care centre, there is a assistant engineer in communication department, all of the top there is consumer court and PG complaint portal. And all of them are working departments not some dead departments,i only had gone once a time go for nodal officer then everything worked fine with me.After the lineman came to know that i know how to proceed with a… Read more »

I know about technically about wiring, upload / download speed configured in BSNL switches. So I will ask fair questions for which they cannot answer. I have already told you that BSNL broadband in my area has more than 355 non continuous days of uptime in a year. ISD direct dial facility is available (I use it very rare). I know each and everything about broadband. So they cannot cheat me. Services of BSNL depends on user’s knowledge also. Do you know that the maximum speed configured in the BSNL switch is less than the user’s maximum broadband speed (including… Read more »

Waste. Roam like home tariff is not applicable. Tamilnadu aircel is better in this regard by launching RLH voice only rate cutter Rs.161 that offers all on net mobile calls across India at Rs.0.10 and all off net mobile calls at Rs.0.40 per minute along with free incoming which is valid on aircel and vodafone roaming networks only with a validity of 28 days. Existing home network voice only rate cutter will not work (it won’t get cancelled) till the validity of the Rs.161 ratecutter. After this 28 days, the home network benefits will work. This is what that was… Read more »
