Commenting on Bharti Airtel’s key achievement, which has been rated as one of the best companies to work for in India in a survey conducted by Business Today, the company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Gopal Vittal has said that 50% of its employees who leave the company always want to join back.

“We are proud of the fact that about 50% of employees who leave us always want to come back and I was also one of them and there are many like me who want to come back,” he said.

In the survey, the company has topped the list in the telecom sector as the best company to work for in India and number 8 across all the sectors.

“This is the real testimony of the type of environment we have in Bharti Airtel. It’s an entrepreneur environment, people are given big jobs and that’s make things magical,” Vittal added.

“The survey has been done both within as well as outside the company and we are proud of the achievement that we have been rated as the best place to work for and number 8 across all the sectors.”
