“A special pack of Rs. 995/- has also been introduced for heavy data (CPE) users which will offer 10 GB of 4G data”
10 GB by no means can be called as heavy data. The minimum data plan for 4G should be 30 GB.

“Customers will be able to download 10 movies in less than 30 minutes”
10 movies will easily surpass 10 GB which is their maximum plan.

Airtel thinks 4G means just speed but 4G also means more data. They are simply wasting their money because who will use their service if they can’t give more data.
