Airtel soon to launch 4G services in over 100 towns across Himachal Pradesh

Airtel, today said that it plans to soon launch 4G services in over 100 towns/locations* across Himachal Pradesh. Customers can now upgrade their existing 2G/3G SIMs with 4G ready USIMs completely free of cost at any Airtel retail store.

With the USIM upgrade, customers can continue enjoying their existing 2G/3G services, while staying ready to experience Airtel 4G from the day of its launch. Airtel 4G is currently available to customers in Shimla, Baddi, Mandi and Solan.

On the occasion, Manu Sood, Hub CEO – Upper North, Bharti Airtel said, “We are inviting data savvy customers across Himachal Pradesh to be 4G ready with a simple upgrade to an Airtel USIM. We look forward to serving our customers with world-class services on Airtel 4G network.”

Airtel 4G will allow customers to enjoy uninterrupted HD video streaming, superfast uploading and downloading of movies, music and images.

In patna also airtel is swapping 3-g to 4g sim. Starting 4g next month.
