Airtel Makes GPRS and 3G Settings User Friendly For Smartphones Users

In a bid to provide greater satisfaction with seamless connectivity to the GPRS and 3G Data customers, India’s largest mobile service provider Bharti Airtel has now made easy and simple 2G GPRS – EDGE / 3G Settings for all smartphone users.

Airtel addresses core issue of GPRS settings on certain devices in an attempt to provide better services to its customers.

Customers carrying non OTA device or Blackberry, HTC, Samsung and apple iPhone smartphones can now add the GPRS/3G or Mobile Internet settings manually. All they need to do is follow some easy steps mentioned below.

wat is wrong with AIRTEL, i was using airtel,s NOP or MO for 5 years, But for last one year or so have stopped using it. why ? I t was the best sevice available, but now AIRCELL or DOCOMO is doing a decent job, These AIRTEL wala,s take their customer for granted. FOR now i m using a BSNL connection , it has the BEST GPRS speed. and conectivity.

alamgir :It would be better if they had improved their EDGE speed rather than just the settings. After all people spend time in using the service rather than setting up. I Agree. Airtel EDGE Speed is like slow GPRS at my location. When I tried to use MNP against Airtel some time back as I only want Airtel 3G,they told me to hold on saying they’ll soon have 3G in Punjab region.
